The project is located on a plot of land on a housing estate, in a flat landscape with no remarkable qualities. The idea is to fully occupy the site and consider that the property limits will be those of the house. The project refers directly to American “case study houses”. This one-level house is totally glazed with large roof overhangs. The structure is made of finely crafted metal. The beaten metal pile foundations emerge from the ground and support the framework at a height of three meters (9’10”). The layout of the spaces on the plot ensures the privacy of each room, independently, and without vis-à-vis.
