House in Cauderan

This two-story townhouse, located in a residential area, is built on a frontage line parcel of land. This constraint is the reason for its trapezoidal shape. An interior patio with a parking space and a cherry tree is located at the tip of the trapezoid. The patio’s transparent and translucent walls filter the exterior and protect it from the street through a complex play of light and materials. The interior is composed of large rectangular rooms. The living area/kitchen on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first floor open onto the outside and enjoy a wide view of the garden at the bottom of the plot.
